The role of this position is to drive sales by establishing relationships with new clients and growing existing accounts by educating them on our unique approach and interpreting how this applies to their business challenges. Once a project is sold, the business consultant manages the long-term relationship and works in partnership with the operation team who fulfill the services required. Working in our firm, you will be offering guidance and personalized financial solutions to customers in a face-to-face setting, and help extend the reach of Eazzy Consulting services. Qualification:

We are looking for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.

  • Build awareness and drive sales through the development and execution of marketing programs
  • Some past experience in marketing preferred.
  • Take responsibility for continuously improving foundation, channel and product-specific marketing literature
  • Develop creative and differentiating marketing strategy

  • Perform other functions or project maintenance and updating of generic marketing materials
  • Liaise with regional marketing professionals on global projects
  • Liaise with different internal groups, of all levels, including sales/marketing, client service, management, compliance, performance, desktop, and graphics (internal and external)
  • Ability to prospect, and to find the decision-makers within an organization
  • Excellent customer relations skills and sales and referral skills
  • Demonstrate a high level of commitment and follow-through
  • Review, monitoring and quality control of documentation/output
  • Supporting ad-hoc internal marketing request
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all regular template-driven marketing materials on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Must have a strong understanding of marketing research, social media, advertising and marketing

 

Skills & Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office software
  • Ability to work effectively under deadline pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent client service skills—understanding of how to build strong relationships with internal clients, and portfolio management teams and maintain focus on prospects and clients
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively
  • Attention to detail—proven experience of delivering high levels of accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibility:

This individual is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing programs that help to drive sales and build the Eazzy brand within the US financial services market. This involves creating materials and content to leverage opportunities for Eazzy financial products and services, and support these ideas through a broad range of promotional vehicles including thematic campaigns, product profiles, digital marketing, research paper summaries, topical investment ideas, pitch books, and Strong writing skills are important to this role, as well as knowledge of digital marketing and electronic mediums, and computer programs such as word, excel, and PowerPoint. Solid project management and organizational skills are required to facilitate complex projects across the sales/marketing teams, product team members, and other departments in order to effectively execute marketing programs and deliver materials in a timely and efficient manner. The individual must also be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule to meet deadline-driven project demands and possess a high degree of service orientation, a sense of urgency and an ability and willingness to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Research and plan advertising campaigns
  • Proficient in social media advertising
  • Prepare weekly and quarterly reports (weekly activity reports, weekly account updates, proposal reviews, monthly projections/forecasts, etc.) for management;
  • Prepare documentation and provide solutions with the assist of the operation team;
  • Decide which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online and billboards
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Research, prospect and propose potential business deals via a consultative process with clients;
  • Inspect creative elements and layouts
  • Organize market research studies and analyze their findings
  • Develop pricing strategies for products to be marketed, keeping the client’s budget balanced with the firm’s needs

Job Type:

  • Full-time
  • Starting $45,000 plus bonus.
  • In-person, must be able to commute to our Flushing, NY office!
