The role of this position is to drive sales by establishing relationships with new clients and growing existing accounts by educating them on our unique approach and interpreting how this applies to their business challenges. Once a project is sold, the business consultant manages the long term relationship and works in partnership with the operation team who fulfill the services required. Qualification:

  • Gather information and take each file from pre-approval to closing. Input proper loan information into the system for processing.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete accurate verified and complies with company policy.
  • Verify loan documents including income credit appraisal and title insurance ultimately preparing application for submittal to underwriting.
  • Review file documentation and make sure all items needed are requested. Order and coordinate loan documents.
  • Meet crucial deadlines requested.
  • Complete assigned paperwork for Consumer Loan Manager and Loan Officers; complete records and reports promptly and accurately.
  • Support and assist area personnel.
  • Attend and participate in meetings.
  • Keep management informed of area activities and significant problems.
  • Perform miscellaneous clerical and secretarial functions as needed.
  • Ensure work area is clean, secure and well maintained.
  • Perform any additional duties/activities assigned by management.
  • Maintain departmental files.
  • Excellent client service skills—understanding of how to build strong relationships with internal clients, portfolio management teams and maintain focus on prospects and clients

  • Attention to detail—proven experience of delivering high levels of accuracy

Skills & Experience

  • Must have 5 years minimum loan processing experience
  • Recent experience in mortgage processing.
  • Familiarity with Fannie, Freddie, & FHA Guidelines.
  • Encompass experience Required.
  • Experience as a Loan processor preferred.
  • Real Estate background preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and positive attitude.
  • Dependable, self-motivated and require minimal supervision.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Appreciation of corporate brand guidelines
  • Must be Bilingual (English and Chinese)

Responsibility:

This individual is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing programs that help to drive sales and build the Eazzy brand within the US financial services market. This involves creating materials and content to leverage opportunities for Eazzy financial products and services, and support these ideas through a broad range of promotional vehicles including: thematic campaigns, product profiles, digital marketing, research paper summaries, topical investment ideas, pitch books and Strong writing skills are important to this role, as well as knowledge of digital marketing and electronic mediums, and computer programs such as word, excel and PowerPoint. Solid project management and organizational skills are required to facilitate complex project across the sales/marketing teams, product team members, and other departments in order to effectively execute marketing programs and deliver materials in a timely and efficient manner. The individual must also be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule to meet deadline driven project demands and possess a high degree of service orientation, a sense of urgency and an ability and willingness to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Sets, manages, and confirms all appointments for the clients to come in with financial documents.
  • Act as a liaison between loan originator, branch and processing department.
  • Assist with marketing efforts and business development for loan originator.
  • Provide application and explain loan process to borrower.
  • Perform administrative details (reports, payroll, billing, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Assist all sales staff with organizing and preparing loan files.
  • Provide loan processors with assistance in moving loans quickly and accurately.
  • Request and gather documentation from borrowers.
  • Ensure files close on time.
